When you request, an offer will be received from professional companies for all maintenance and repair works, and will be submitted to you. If you approve, a contract will be signed with such companies, and your maintenance and repair works will be completed. Once the relevant procedures are completed, a report will be submitted to you.
Rent Collection
All property owners wish to collect the rental value regularly and fully. Management of the rental relationships may cause some difficulties. If you are a foreign investor, such difficulties may be more problematic for you. Thanks to aSons, you do not have to check whether the rental value is paid or not. aSons collects the rental value for you and transfers the payment to your account.
Legal Action
It is important to serve notice on your tenant in the correct form and on time. If you don’t, you may not protect your right or claim against your tenant. aSons will ensure that all relevant legislation is complied with, thus giving you complete peace of mind.
Renewals
Towards the end of the initial fixed term according to the Turkish Code of Obligations, we’ll contact both you and the tenant to discuss if both parties are keen to renew the agreement. At this point, we will review the rent and advise if any increase needed according to the contract and the Turkish Code of Obligations. Current market conditions are also an important point if any adjustment to the monthly income depending on the type of property.
